From the Bronx to the boardroom.
Bronx-raised and NYC public school educated, Belle built her career where workforce development, community economic development and entrepreneurship meet. She knows that a powerful move starts with knowing both where you’re going and where you come from.
Since arriving in Cleveland in 2022, she has worked across Northeast Ohio as a consultant, nonprofit founder, startup co-founder, educator and PhD candidate in Geography at Kent State University. Before building organizations of her own, she worked in city economic development and teaching.
Her work is for women carrying ambition, culture, family and vision at once. Belle brings the plan, the perspective and the honest big-sister conversation.
